Admission process

If you are interested in enrolling in our esteemed institution, we are delighted to inform you that we provide two options for the application process. The first option, for those who prefer the convenience of technology, is the online application process, which can be accessed through our website. This offers you the opportunity to complete your application from the comfort of your own home, at a time and pace that suits your schedule.

Alternatively, if you prefer the traditional approach, we offer the offline application process. This would involve obtaining a hard copy of the application form, which can be provided to you via mail or picked up in person from our admissions office. You then simply need to fill out the form completely and accurately, and return it to us by mail or in person. We acknowledge that everyone has their own preferences, and we strive to be inclusive in accommodating a variety of application methods.

Registration

Apply online or send your filled application form on our registered postal address.

Interview

Eligible candidates will be called for an interview, along with necessary documents.

Submission

Selected candidates need to submit all required documents along with the fee payment.

Important dates and guidelines

The School opens admission in February every year. Admission is a two step process. In the first step the children write an entrance test after the registration.

Don't be afraid to apply. I never thought I’d even get into Kuruwan Public School. But I got in, and with a financial aid. Without it, I wouldn’t be here.

Getting financial aid

kuruwan Public School feels proud in helping aspiring candidates through financial aid by RTE.

Children between the ages of 3 to 6.5 years in the state are eligible for admission to private schools under this scheme. Once admitted, students can receive free education up to the 12th grade. As of now, 2.9 lakh students in Chhattisgarh have benefitted from this schem
