🇮🇳 Indian RTE Free Admission Quota

Under the Right to Education (RTE) Act of India, Kuruwan Public School reserves 25% of all entry-level seats for students belonging to economically weaker sections (EWS) and disadvantaged groups. Candidates selected under this quota receive 100% free education. Select the RTE category in our inquiry form to verify eligibility.

The Admission Process

Step 1: Submit Online Inquiry

Complete the interactive Admission Inquiry Form on the right. Provide detailed contacts, student's DOB, and preferred quota category (Paid, RTE, or Free scholarship).

Step 2: Document Verification Visit

Our office staff will contact you to schedule a visit to the school office (Near Kuruwa Bazar, Surajpur). Bring necessary original documents for registration.

Step 3: Portal Registration

Upon verification, student records are integrated into our school ERP. The student is registered with a roll number and assigned a Parent Portal login credentials.

Age Criteria Guidelines

Grade / Class	Required Age (As of June 1, 2026)
Nursery	3 Years +
Class I	6 Years +
Classes II to VIII	Relative to preceding successful school grade

Required Checklists

12-digit Student Aadhar Card (Mandatory under standard rules).
Student's 12-digit APAAR ID (Lifelong registry card, generated by school if not existing).
Student's 11-digit Permanent Education Number (PEN) (issued by UDISE+ for transfer cases).
Birth Certificate issued by municipal authority.
Transfer Certificate (TC) from the previous recognized school (Classes II to VIII).
Disadvantaged Category / EWS Certificate (Strictly required for RTE Quota applications).
Three recent passport-sized color photos.
