Right to Education (RTE) quota admissions are allocated under the guidelines of the Chhattisgarh state education department. 25% of seats at entry-level (Nursery or Class I) are reserved for children from EWS/disadvantaged groups whose family income is below government thresholds. Parents must submit local residence proof, EWS income certificate, and a valid Student Aadhar card to our Office Staff for verification.
Under India's National Education Policy (NEP 2020), every student is assigned a 12-digit lifelong **APAAR ID** (Automated Permanent Academic Registry) which serves as their digitally locked educational card. The **PEN** (Permanent Education Number) is a unique 11-digit national ID issued by the Ministry of Education's UDISE+ database to track academic transfers. Kuruwan Public School integrates both fields inside our ERP system for official records.
Fees can be paid offline at the school office to our Office Staff, who will process the ledger and immediately print out a receipt generated from our ERP system. Alternatively, parents can view outstanding due statements and payment history through their Parent Portal login.
