We collect student and parent demographic data (Aadhar, APAAR ID, parent phone numbers, addresses) during registration and admissions intake. Employee data (qualification, salary bank details) is recorded for sessional payroll.
Collected information is used strictly for sessional academic registry maintenance, report card generations, attendance log checks, and regulatory board compliance. We do not sell or share data with external marketers.
All files and uploads (Aadhar PDFs, safety credentials) are hashed securely on our SQLite database. Access to personal folders is restricted strictly to authorized Admin, Principal, and Office Staff.
